Our barre technique blends ballet-barre inspired dance movements, strength training, cardio conditioning and stretching.
We target the arms, thighs, seat, abs and core then stretch them to elongate and develop strong and flexible bodies.
We strive to offer the best barre workouts around…while creating a community where we support one another always. You will leave the studio feeling confident, happy, fit and balanced.

Is the original 60-minute barre class. It is a high energy, low impact, total body workout. Its focus is on isometric movements that sculpt the arms using free weights and your own body resistance, intense barre work is next to define the thighs, tone and firm the glutes, and flatten the abdominals. We stretch in between the major muscle groups to lengthen, tone and increase flexibility for a long lean body. The classes are set to motivating, high-energy music in a fun supportive dance class style environment.
