Reservations
To ensure the best level of instruction for each client, we limit our class size and therefore encourage signing up in advance. To check if space is available before coming to the studio, go to our online class schedule or call the studio. Walk-ins are welcome, but we cannot guarantee a spot at the barre.
If you choose to sign up for a class that is already full, you will have the opportunity to add your name to the waitlist. Waitlists can move quickly. Therefore, waitlisted clients often do get moved into class.
Wait listed clients: Clients must monitor their position in the class. To avoid charges, wait listed clients are to remove their name from the wait lists if they know they cannot attend class. Clients may be moved into the class up to twelve hours before the start of class. Our twelve hour cancellation policy applies to all clients who are added into the class roster. Please contact the studio if you have questions about the wait list policy to avoid cancellation or no show fees.
Cancellations
For all classes, reservations must be cancelled a minimum of 12 hours prior to the start of class. If you fail to cancel within the cancellation window or do not show up, we will deduct that class from your existing package or series. Clients with monthly-unlimited memberships or contracts will be charged a $15.00 fee. Please contact the studio if you have questions about the cancellation policy.
Barre Balanced reserves the right to cancel classes with less than 5 participants. Every effort is made to notify those registered of cancellation
